5. Fees and Zero-Fee Execution
Where Motsepe Wealth advertises zero-fee trade execution, this refers specifically to the absence of a platform-charged commission on covered trade executions, as described on our pricing or features pages. Subscription fees, if applicable to your plan, third-party charges, currency conversion costs, or regulatory fees imposed by external parties may still apply and are not covered by this commitment. Fee structures may be updated from time to time, with changes communicated through the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account, interfering with the normal operation of the service, reverse-engineering or copying proprietary software or models, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or submitting false or misleading information during registration or use.
